Sparkling Peach Mint Tea

Sparkling Peach Mint Sweet Tea

It’s been a nice kind of “summer hot” these past few days. Just right for lounging around by the poolside. These kind of summer days in the South are also perfect for sweet tea (as if you need a reason for sweet tea!) I’ve never made iced sweet tea from scratch before so I thought it would be the perfect time to experiment with it! The other day I stopped by a Super H Mart & let me tell you, they have the biggest peaches I have ever seen in my life! And they are not a bad price either. These “James & the Giant Peach” sized peaches gave me the perfect idea for a refreshing beverage anyone would enjoy by the poolside.
