Gluten Free Cookie Mix in a Jar

You know when you get that instant craving for warm homemade cookies? It creeps up on you like a thief in the night & it’s really hard to resist. For the average person, giving into the craving is easy because all you have to do it pop in a Pillsbury ready made cookie dough sheet, wait 10 minutes & satisfy that craving. But for those who are gluten free, it’s not always that easy. When I get that craving I first go on Pinterest to find a recipe I can easily convert into a gluten free recipe, hope and pray I have the ingredients, sift, mix, & stir, pop in the oven & hope for the best. I’ve had many a gluten free cookie fails. If I’m lucky, the craving will go away just thinking about all the work I have to put in just to make the dang cookies. But sometimes a girl just wants to give into a craving & have a cookie. You feel me?

Why can’t us Celiacs & gluten-sensitive have it easy when it comes to cookie making? (That’s the question I asked myself when coming up with today’s post). So today, for all that are gluten free, I present gluten free cookie mix in a jar. A prepare ahead jar of cookie goodness that will help satisfy those cookie cravings.
